Registration for each Bear Tracks session is done on a “first come, first served” basis and space in each session is limited. Registering early will give you the best choice of session dates. The cost for Bear Tracks is $40 plus any date change fees, or cancellation fees.
Due to the limited number of space in each Bear Tracks session date, you must register online for Bear Tracks so we will know where to place you.
Registration details
Before you begin the registration process, you will need to have the following information on hand:
- Your UCR NetID and Password. If you don’t know your NetID and Password go to your MyUCR account (http://my.ucr.edu/Login) and select the “MyUCR ID’s” tab to find the information.
- The date you would like to attend Bear Tracks. It’s best to have a first and second choice date just in case your first choice date has been filled to capacity.

Confirming Your Registration
At the end of the online registration process, you’ll need to print out your tentative reservation, sign it and mail it to us. We can’t confirm your registration until we receive and process the tentative registration you’ve sent us. To avoid cancellation, your mailed tentative registration must be postmarked or received within seven business days of the date you completed your online registration. After this date, your tentative reservation may be cancelled.
